How many people make the mistake to limit themselves to sightseeing London while visiting the United Kingdom? For us the UK is way more than just the capital. The famous green grass of England is very intensely green indeed. The English towns hide gems for those who are bold enough to discover them. The centuries-old country houses contain splendid art collections which can put to shame many of the world’s museums. The Welsh countryside hides an immense amount of impressive castles, the Scots will impress you with splendid nature and amazing views.

If you avoid tourist traps sightseeing here is a pleasure. Slow your pace, have a waterproof clothes prepared just in case and enjoy endless hilly meadows and refreshing wind blowing from the sea. A vast majority of places are children-friendly. Dog friendly too, of course. Last, but not least, the food is not only limited to the typical English cuisine. And wherever you are, simply enjoy your tea and double clotted cream cones.
