Not only Paella – Catalonian cuisine
Many associate Spain with sun, beaches and sangria. This is true, but it is only a very small part of the picture of this magnificent country. Spain is rich in cultural heritage. It’s history stretches 3000 years back with various civilisations intermingling and creating a unique cultural heritage known as the Spanish culture.
Its cuisine is world known, from tapas, through paella to churros and horcheta. Its dance and music are equally known.
The country is home to one of the biggest collection of UNESCO sites. Many of them are very unknown and anticipating to finally being discovered.
Most of the tourists limit themselves to Barcelona, Madrid and the coast. Be aware that the rest of the country is waiting for you to come and enjoy too.
We will be happy to share with you those less known places and help you be impressed by them!
