The first thought of many people when they are asked about Netherlands, usually comes to the list containing these five elements: “tulips, windmills, Amsterdam, weed and redlight district”. Sometimes bikes, polders and clogs are added. All of these really exist in the Netherlands, but there are way more things than just those cliches there. We will be happy to show them to you, especially as the Netherlands is our nextdoor neighbour and as we speak the language.
